These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of "Céleste Valmont" digital content between MONOAQ SAS ("we", "the seller") and any person making a purchase on this site ("you", "the customer"). By confirming your order, you accept these Terms without reservation.
2. The product
The products sold are relationship-astrology digital content, delivered in digital format. The catalog includes:
- already-written guides, in particular the "Secrets of the [Sign] Man" collection, tailored by astrological sign and made available for download;
- personalized reports, portraits and dossiers, compiled from the data you provide us at the time of order (dates, times and places of birth, and other details you entrust to us) and sent by email within the timeframe stated on the product's sales page.
Each product's sales page specifies its exact content and delivery timeframe.
This content is provided for entertainment and personal-development purposes. It does not constitute psychological or medical advice, nor a promise of results: every relationship is unique.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) or Swiss francs (CHF) depending on your location, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order. Payment is made in a single instalment, by bank card or the payment method offered at checkout, through our secure provider Stripe. No subscription, no recurring charge.
4. Delivery
The product is digital content, delivered by email to the address provided at the time of purchase. Depending on the product ordered:
- Already-written guides: the download link is sent to you as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- Personalized reports, portraits and dossiers: your order is compiled from the data you provided, then sent by email within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed. The applicable timeframe is the one stated on the product's sales page.
If you receive nothing within the stated timeframe, please check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@celestevalmont.com.
5. Right of withdrawal
You are in principle entitled to a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Our products are digital content supplied on an intangible medium. Under Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for such content once its performance has begun after your prior express agreement and your express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
By confirming your order, you ask us to begin performance immediately: making the download link available for already-written guides, and starting the compilation of your order from your birth data for personalized reports, portraits and dossiers delivered within 24 hours. By that same confirmation, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for the portion thus performed. The order-confirmation email you subsequently receive confirms this agreement on a durable medium.
If you change your mind, write to us at contact@celestevalmont.com: as long as the compilation of your personalized order has not yet begun, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
And in any case, our commercial guarantee described below lets you obtain a full refund within 30 days, with no justification required: a longer period and a simpler process than the statutory right of withdrawal.
6. "Aligned Stars" guarantee — 30 days, satisfied or refunded
Whatever product you ordered (guide, report, portrait, dossier), if it does not convince you, write to us at contact@celestevalmont.com within 30 days of your purchase, stating the email address used for the order. We will refund you in full, with no justification required. This commercial guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
7. Intellectual property
"Céleste Valmont" content of any kind (guides, reports, portraits, dossiers: text, design, brand, visuals) is the exclusive property of MONOAQ SAS. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right of use. Any reproduction, redistribution, sharing or resale is prohibited.

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at contact@celestevalmont.com in order to seek an amicable resolution. Under Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may also refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.
