In short
This site is published by MONOAQ SAS under the "Céleste Valmont" brand. We collect the minimum data necessary to deliver your test results, send you your guide, and measure our advertising campaigns: your first name, your email address, your answers to the test, payment information (processed by Stripe, never stored by us) and advertising-measurement data linked to your browsing. We never sell your data.

2. Data collected and purposes
- First name, email, answers to the test, collected with your consent at the time you enter them, in order to: display your personalized results, send you your free report and our communications about your man's sign (one-click unsubscribe in every email), and deliver the guide in the event of a purchase (performance of the contract).
- Payment data, processed directly by our provider Stripe; we never have access to your card number.
- Advertising-measurement data (click identifiers and cookies from Meta, TikTok, Google, IP address, user agent), to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and combat fraud (legitimate interest / consent depending on the case).
- Anonymized browsing data (journey through the test, screen statistics), to improve the site.
3. Recipients
Your data is processed by MONOAQ SAS and its technical subcontractors: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment), Brevo (email), and advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) for campaign measurement. Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses.
4. Retention periods
Prospecting data (email, first name, answers) is kept for a maximum of 3 years from your last contact. Data linked to a purchase is kept for the statutory accounting periods (10 years). Advertising-measurement cookies have a maximum lifespan of 13 months.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and obtain the portability of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@celestevalmont.com; we respond within one month at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
